BIZ NEWS Delighted Rich McCuen has returned to the Brea Mall as mall manager and so is the mall staff. Paige Acuna , a Brea Olinda High grad, has been chosen to represent Brea in the Miss Orange County Regional competition. Part of the proceeds are going to purchase her gown and part are going to the American Cancer Society. She will be holding a bake sale courtesy of Dwight Manley from 4 to 7 p. m. on Saturday in front of Cha Cha's in the Brea Downtown.
